Who Sponsors the program?

The founding sponsors of the program are the California Women in Timber. The Forest Foundation currently manages Talk About Trees. The Sierra Cascade Logging Conference Auction, the Morgan Family Foundation and Associated California Loggers provide the main source of funding for Talk About Trees. We also receive regular donations from professional organizations, individuals, and a variety of fundraising events. As a non-profit, TAT is dependent on the donations and support of our generous sponsors.

Who manages the program?

The Forest Foundation staff and Board of Directors manage the direction and goals of the Talk About Trees program. The Board consists of volunteers from the forest industry, educational institutes, and California Women in Timber.
